What we collect

We do not require an account to use Career Toolkit. When you submit content to one of our tools, the content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the output and is not persisted in our database.

We store: (a) a salted hash of your IP address and a counter, solely to enforce daily free-tier limits; (b) aggregate performance metrics (latency, success/failure); and (c) your email address if you voluntarily submit one via the signup form.

What we do not collect

We do not store your resume text, cover-letter input, job descriptions, or tool outputs. Once the response is returned, the input is discarded.

Third parties

AI generation is performed by Anthropic (anthropic.com). See their privacy and data retention policies for how prompts are handled on their side. We do not share personal information with any advertiser.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your email from our list at any time by emailing the address in the footer.
