Stop scrolling job boards. Let Claude find your matches.
Save your resume once. Claude searches the web for currently-open roles that actually match your background, scores each one 0-100, and tells you exactly why it's a fit. Then tailor and apply — all in the same workflow.
Discovery runs require Pro ($19 for 60 days). Resume upload and scoring preview are free.
How the matching works
Upload .pdf or .docx once. Used as the match baseline for every discovery run.
Claude searches live job boards and company career pages for roles in your field.
Each role gets a 0-100 match score and a short reason — 'strong backend Go match, missing K8s'.
Click into the best matches, generate a tailored resume + cover letter, track the application.
Why this beats Indeed keyword alerts
Indeed alerts fire on literal keywords. Claude reads the full JD and your full resume — it catches roles titled 'Platform Engineer' when your resume says 'DevOps,' and rejects roles that only loosely share a title.
Discovery checks each source for recency. No ghost listings from 6 months ago sitting in an aggregator's database.
Every match comes with a short reason — 'strong match on distributed systems + Kafka; lighter on their payments domain.' You know immediately whether to apply or skip.
AI Job Search — Frequently Asked Questions
How does Claude actually find jobs?
Discovery runs a live web search targeted at company career pages, ATS-hosted listings (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), and major boards. Claude reads each result, compares it to your saved resume, and scores the match. We do not maintain a static job database — results are fresh every run.
How many matches do I get per run?
Typically 10-25 scored matches per discovery run, depending on how specific your resume is. Niche roles (e.g. 'ML research engineer, diffusion models') return fewer but higher-quality matches.
Is this free?
Saving a resume and seeing the product is free. Discovery runs require Pro ($19 for 60 days of unlimited runs). We gate it because each run costs real Anthropic API spend.
How is this different from LinkedIn's job recommendations?
LinkedIn ranks on platform signals (connections, past applies, 'easy apply' quotas). Our matcher ranks purely on resume-to-JD semantic fit. Expect more unexpected matches in adjacent fields and fewer 'you must be mismatched on purpose' listings.
Can I filter by location, remote, salary?
Yes. You pass a free-text hint to each run — 'NYC or fully remote, $180k base minimum, no startups under Series B' — and Claude respects it when scoring.
What happens to matches I like?
One click queues the matched role into the Application Tracker with the JD attached, so Resume Tailor and Cover Letter auto-load it. Three clicks from match to submitted application.
Is my resume stored?
Pro: yes, encrypted at rest, used only to generate matches and tool runs. Free tier: no resume is stored; you can test the Resume Tailor and Cover Letter tools anonymously.
